RENOVATION Details

The brief was to makeover the main house, whilst the family contemplated their next move or large extension. Without moving the floor plan and only minor alterations to walls this Federation beauty was re-plumbed, hydronic heating installed, rewired, outdated large cornicing in the extension removed, and walls & floors resurfaced. A new kitchen, bathrooms and cabinetry made the house so comfy and updated this family did not want to leave or make further changes. Completed 2021

Testimonial

“Having returned from overseas to our home that had been rented out in our absence we decided it was time to move on – a very challenging task - physically and emotionally. Helen and her team came to our home and planned the project together then transformed it within 2 weeks into a space beyond our imagination. Importantly, Helen suggested we do fewer renovations than we thought saving us time and money.

The photos captured our home superbly and played a large role in achieving the outstanding sale result which was life changing for us.”

A Malvern Edwardian gets a new bathroom look

These three bathrooms were remodelled for their owner (and 1 created in a roof space) to provide a spacious modern luxurious aesthetic with a whisper to the Edwardian heritage of the home utilising large and small hexagonal tiles.  The corian, marble, timber and metal finishes in gunmetal and rose gold combine effortlessly with luxury appointments such as heated towel rails and underfloor heating.

The stunning result belies the optimal use of space and function. Completed 2015
